DULUTH, GA – The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett announced the completion of its executive team ahead of the hotel’s opening in March. With the addition of human resources, revenue strategy and finance directors, the core hotel leadership has begun to move full speed ahead towards the grand opening of Gwinnett County’s first four-star full-service hotel. Located in the premier Gas South District, the 11-story, 348-room hotel will feature 14 event rooms spanning over 27,000 square feet.
Hospitality veterans Shanetta Woods, director of human resources; Talia Sattler, director of revenue strategy; and Shirley Riggins, director of finance join the core hotel executives. These three join Mark Castriota, general manager; Heather Willett, assistant general manager; Russell Stewart, director of sales and marketing; Julie Bilecky, director of catering; Robert Bennett, executive chef; and Ashley Castillo, director of food and beverage.

Together, the team has worked tirelessly towards the grand opening of the hotel expected to open in March. Additionally, the property includes a full-service Starbucks with preorder and mobile pay options, a mobile order window specifically for Gas South District guests, and outdoor seating. The hotel will also provide an indoor pool and the signature Westin WORKOUT Fitness Studios for guests.
