Exclusive 30A, a Nocturne Luxury Villas company, appoints Lori Koogler to General Manager

NEWPORT, RI – Nocturne Luxury Villas, owner and operator of best-in-class luxury villa rental companies in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, announces the appointment of Lori Koogler to general manager of Exclusive 30A in South Walton, FL. Koogler brings more than 25 years of experience to this position.

Prior to joining Exclusive 30A, Koogler held leadership positions at Vacasa, including senior regional director of operations. She served as the COO of Demetree Real Estate Services from 2016 – 2020. Other positions include property manager for Stones River Real Estate, community association manager for Ghertner & Co, real estate agent, property manager, and office director for Apartment Selector, and regional property manager for America First Properties and Medford/Group One Management.

Koogler, who resides in the 30A community, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Ohio State University, Florida and Tennessee real estate licenses, is a member of CREW Orlando and the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and is a Community Association Manager. In her free time, Koogler enjoys watching Ohio State Football, hiking, traveling, boating, and riding her Harley motorcycle.
