PLANTATION, FL – Marriott International announced the promotion of Martin Castaño to Regional Vice President of Sales & Distribution, Caribbean and Latin America.
In this role, Castaño will develop and execute sales strategies for Marriott’s portfolio of nearly 500 hotels across 37 countries in the Caribbean and Latin America. He will oversee Marriott’s regional sales teams to optimize performance and expand growth across all market segments, including Luxury, All-Inclusive, and Midscale brands. Castaño’s responsibilities also include anticipating opportunities to shape distribution strategy for the region, further strengthening Marriott’s competitive edge.
Most recently, Martin Castaño served as Area Director of Sales & Distribution for Central & South America at Marriott International, where he led strategies to drive revenue growth and support successful hotel openings.
