George Hartman named Director of Lodging Operations for The Sea Pines Resort

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – George Hartman has been appointed Director of Lodging Operations for The Sea Pines Resort, where he will oversee all resort accommodations including 60 rooms at The Inn and Club at Harbour Town, as well as one- to seven-bedroom luxury homes and villas.

A veteran executive of the hotel and resort industry, Hartman most recently served as hotel manager for the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District. Previously he worked on Hilton Head as general manager of the Waterside Resort; director of rooms at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island; and at the Wyndham Shelborne South Beach.

He has been widely recognized for his hospitality service standards and for achieving successful business results.  Hartman attended Elon College where he received his Bachelor of Science degree.
