HALL Park Hotel Set to Open in Fall 2024
Coury will expand its Texas footprint with the fall 2024 opening of HALL Park Hotel, the first Autograph Collection lifestyle hotel in Frisco. Managed by Coury and owned by HALL Group, the Marriott property promises a world-class hospitality experience, complete with Coury’s signature elevated dining offerings and experiential activations, all intentionally crafted to delight guests and locals alike.
HALL Park Hotel will offer 224 rooms including 60 stylish suites with elegant kitchenettes and spacious balconies offering stunning views of HALL Park’s new Kaleidoscope Park. Coury will activate every inch of the property, inviting guests to indulge in an approachable Northern Italian three-meal restaurant, with dynamic chef-curated cuisine and a chic lobby wine bar. Guests will enjoy one-of-a-kind amenities including a cabana-lined rooftop pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, meticulously manicured rooftop gardens, and a spacious terrace patio offering picturesque park views. The property will also offer over 8,500 square feet of event space including a 4,000 square-foot ballroom and four meeting rooms.
Award-Winning Vin Hotel Collection Brand Expands with New Development
Building on the success of the 120-room flagship Hotel Vin in historic Grapevine, Texas, Coury is expanding its award-winning Vin Hotel Collection brand with Hotel Vin Rogers, anticipated to open in Rogers, Arkansas early 2026.
Part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, the 125-room lifestyle hotel will embody the refined sophistication and culinary excellence synonymous with the brand’s flagship, boasting elegant accommodations, an expansive patio and outdoor dining space, rooftop bar, and a dynamic restaurant with locally sourced food.
