Plans also include a building dedicated to food & beverage that will serve as a focal point. An upper family section and a separate lower adult-exclusive area will ensure seamless service for all guests. Both sections of the property will offer VIP cabanas for rent, allowing guests to elevate their experience with exclusive amenities and personalized service. Additionally, the family section will feature a recreational beer-only license, while the adult section will boast a full bar liquor license, offering a comprehensive selection of beer, wine, and spirits, allowing guests over the age of 21 to indulge in an assortment of libations while unwinding amidst the restorative waters.
