Upon entry, guests are welcomed with a breathtaking green living wall – an example of the property’s commitment to sustainability, the living wall enhances the air quality of the building by reducing CO2 and PM2.5 by 21 percent – plus ample seating at an expansive sofa. Bringing flexible space to visitors, this transformed area offers an inviting setting for casual meetings, unwinding from a busy day and a home base for Denver adventures. Also in the lobby, the new grand staircase offers easy access to meeting level floors above and provides an iconic location for future wedding and event photos.
The property now offers 432 rooms and suites with the addition of two traditional guest rooms, all offering city or mountain views. In addition to new sleek, modern amenities and hardwood floors, the refreshed design emphasizes the Westin brand commitment to guest wellness with the debut of the Westin Heavenly 2.0 bed and relaxing neutral and blue hues. The luxury suites and patio rooms also feature sliding glass doors for convenient access to large, private outdoor spaces and refreshing Rocky Mountain air.
Visitors can easily fulfill their work or life commitments while balancing their desire for adventure and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with weekly runs guided by a local team member and a gear-lending program complete with massage rollers, Hyperice equipment and in-room weights, as well as access to the WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio and heated rooftop pool. Led by Executive Sous Chef Myke Rogers, on-property dining includes a modernized atmosphere and a new fireplace in V’s Lounge, offering full-service breakfast, lunch and dinner The new menu will showcase Colorado cuisine and local vendors, as well as rotating selections of craft beer and an in-house barrel-aged whiskey.
