RATON, NEW MEXICO, UNITED STATES – Wallace Pierson Travel has partnered with Ted Turner Reserves’ Vermejo on their WPT Student Educational Travel Fund, offering high school students the opportunity to explore a career in travel and hospitality through experiencing a stay at the award-winning reserve in Northern New Mexico.
Four sophomores and junior class students from Fernandina Beach High School outside of Jacksonville, Florida will be selected by Wallace Pierson Travel to attend the all-expense paid educational trip based on submitted video applications.
Celebrating its 50th year in operation, Wallace Pierson Travel wanted to commemorate its golden anniversary by creating an initiative that inspires the next generation of travel professionals. “Our team started the WPT Student Educational Travel Fund adding a percentage of our revenues to it along with contributions from our community to impact as many students as possible,” said Angela W.
