Viewline Resort Snowmass appoints new executive chef Marc Boussarie

ASPEN, CO. – Viewline Resort Snowmass, an Autograph Collection Hotel and mid-mountain resort in the heart of Colorado’s Snowmass Village, announces the appointment of Executive Chef Marc Boussarie. In his new role as Executive Chef at Viewline Resort Snowmass, Chef Marc oversees culinary operations for the 254-room property including banquets, special events, and the resort’s signature restaurant Stark’s Alpine Grill. With a consistently creative menu development approach, Chef Marc has revitalized the culinary offerings at the resort for locals and visitors, with new offerings available now on Stark’s dinner menu.

Executive Chef Marc Boussarie spent a decade in Jackson, Wyoming in leadership roles as Executive Chef at Wort Hotel and The Whistling Grisly at The Wyoming. Most recently, Chef Marc served as Executive Chef at Snow King Resort for over a year. Prior to his time in Wyoming, Boussarie spent 21 years in California in high-level culinary and corporate positions throughout San Francisco and Los Angeles. Boussarie graduated from the California Culinary Academy with honors in 1995, and served his externship at Le Peché Gourmand, a One Star Michelin restaurant in Angers, France. 

Located three hours and 45 minutes from Denver International Airport and six miles from the Aspen-Pitkin County Airport in the globally recognized Aspen-Snowmass outdoor recreation area, Viewline Resort Snowmass is the ideal family-oriented, multi-season vacation destination.
