BRUSSELS / PARIS – Radisson Hotel Group, in collaboration with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and AXA IM Alts, announce the addition of a Radisson Blu hotel in the Triangle project, set to become Paris’ new mixed-use destination. This brings the Group’s portfolio in France to 23 hotels in operation and under development, and six in Paris.
Spread over six floors, the 128-room Radisson Blu hotel will be part of the highly anticipated, innovative, mixed-use development, Triangle project, scheduled to open in 2026.
In addition to the hotel, Triangle will be a social hub comprising offices, retail, a cultural center, a nursery, a health center, co-working spaces, panoramic elevators and restaurant, and an observatory overlooking the city.

The hotel will have an unrivaled location in one of the most sought-after districts in Paris, at the very heart of the first European congress center and largest city center park in the world, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, which attracts more than 7.5 million visitors annually. The hotel’s location is highly accessible, with excellent connectivity to the public transport network. At the crossroads of Europe, the hotel is only 20 minutes from Orly Airport, 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport, 30 minutes from the Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower, and less than three hours from every European capital.
Decorated by renowned design duo Dion & Arles, the spaces will exude a warm and unique atmosphere of multiple contrasts and inspirations. The rooms are available in a variety of categories, including standard and superior rooms, as well as junior suites with charming balconies and all offering stunning panoramic views of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, the Seine river and the most famous monuments of the historic city center. Set to become the new Parisian hotspot for drinks and delectable gastronomy with immersive views of the city, is the hotel’s sky bar and panoramic restaurant.
