NexGen Hotels acquires The Cole Hotel in Palm Springs, California

PALM SPRINGS, CA – NexGen Hotels, a -hotel development and management company based in Itasca, Illinois, announced the acquisition of The Cole Hotel in Palm Springs, California. Located at 2323 North Palm Canyon Drive, the boutique hotel will be managed by Genuine Hospitality Group of St. Louis, Missouri.

The Hotel Cole is nestled at the base of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains and is the perfect desert oasis whether looking to be laid-back poolside or out for adventure. The 30-room hotel offers guests convenient access to the scenic trails of the North Lykken Trail, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the Antique Galleries of Palm Springs, Indian Canyons, Moorten Botanical Garden, the Palm Springs Air Museum and Coachella.
