Before joining Nemacolin, Dent held various leadership positions across the United States, including roles at prestigious resorts and hospitality brands such as Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa in Moab, Utah; Crystal Mountain Resort in Enumclaw, Washington; and Snowshoe Mountain in Snowshoe, West Virginia. His extensive experience encompasses general and operations management, project leadership, food and beverage, and guest service excellence. He has a proven track record of driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, integrating cross-departmental collaboration, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
