Claudia began her career at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, where she played an integral role in the successful openings of several prestigious properties across the Walt Disney World portfolio of hotels. Her dedication and leadership skills were quickly recognized, leading her to join Le Meridien in Miami, where she contributed to the successful launch of its first condo-hotel and achieved a AAA four-diamond rating within the first four months of operation.
Throughout her career, Claudia has managed various properties around the world and in Miami, showcasing her proficiency in day-to-day operations, sales, marketing, and revenue projections. Most recently, she served as the General Manager of Atton’s debut U.S. hotel, which later rebranded to Novotel Brickell within the Accor portfolio, where she led a team of over 150 employees with finesse and dedication and placing the hotel to be within the top ten hotels in Miami since its opening and for eight consecutive years.
