MUNIC / AMSTERDAM – limehome, Europe’s leading technology-based provider and operator of fully digitalized design apartments, is expanding its portfolio in the Dutch capital with a new property in Amsterdam Sloterdijk.
50 new units will be available to guests in Gatwickstraat right next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station. The location is characterized by its direct connection to Amsterdam Centraal, other Dutch cities, and its proximity to Westpoort, Netherland’s second-largest business district. Spread over four floors, all apartments will offer fully equipped kitchens.
The limehome apartments are part of the Ven Amsterdam building, one of the city’s flagship mixed-use properties. A large convention center, fitness centers, concept stores, restaurants and social spaces are available to visitors. limehome will take over an existing property that is currently undergoing a soft refurbishment to bring it to the limehome standard.
