IMS is a startup company founded by Kuwaiti entrepreneur Faleh Alajmi. The company developed its proprietary Computerized Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM IMS) to enable companies to efficiently manage facilities, reduce maintenance costs and preserve asset values. The system, alongside the company’s services and solutions, has benefited government-owned and private companies in Kuwait and internationally.
Faleh Al Aajmi, Founder, Intelligent Management Solutions, said: “The contract is a milestone for our company as we provide Jazeera Airways with a comprehensive system that enables the facilities engineers and technicians operate its facilities through the system’s smart application which helps them send, fulfill, and follow up on tasks and orders at the click of a button on the system’s information screen.”
He explained, “The system is the company’s most comprehensive solution to manage facilities digitally. It helps improve efficiency of operations and achieve an optimal level of sustainability and profitability. IMS is today a leader in the business, thanks to this system which integrates with all services, and is available in both Arabic and English languages, making it a superior system to those available in the local and Gulf markets.”
Alajmi also added: “The signing is testament to the trust of Jazeera Airways in the system. IMS is committed to continue developing the services of its system to cater to the needs of the Middle Eastern market, specifically in the fields of airport management. The system has already seen great success in Gulf countries such as Saudi among the unique projects being developed in the NEOM region as its links directly to equipment and works to preserve assets and control maintenance and costs.”
