Hospitable hits the road to bring inaugural mobile conference directly to self-managers

SAN FRANCISCO – Vacation rental management platform Hospitable has announced it will hit the road in October for its inaugural mobile conference, “Host and Toast,” bringing education, networking, and community impact directly to independent hosts across the US and Australia.
As traditional conferences become increasingly costly and inaccessible for self-managers (those who manage their rentals independently without a property manager), the “Host and Toast” tour is designed to equip them with the valuable insights and networking opportunities that conferences offer – without requiring time off or expensive travel.
The “Host and Toast” US tour will kick off inOrlando, FL, on October 9th, with stops in Atlanta, GA (Oct 10th), Austin, TX (Oct 11th), and Los Angeles, CA (Oct 12th). At each stop, attendees will have the unique opportunity to engage with the Hospitable team in discussions about industry challenges, network with local hosts, and gain valuable, market-specific insights in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
Hospitable will also be joined by key industry partners along the way. Dynamic pricing software provider PriceLabs will attend the Los Angeles event to provide expert tips on maximizing revenue through smart pricing strategies. Turno, a platform for automating cleaning and turnover management, will join the tour in Orlando, offering self-managers advice on streamlining property maintenance and ensuring top-notch guest experiences.
Across the Pacific, “Host and Toast” will visit Australia with stops at Yallingup Beach, WA, on October 12th, and Maroochydore Beach, Sunshine Coast, on November 2nd. In Australia, the focus extends beyond business insights to making a positive environmental impact.
In partnership with the Tangaroa Blue Foundation, an Australian charity focused on marine conservation, hosts will participate in beach clean-ups, giving back to the coastlines that make their hosting possible. The clean-ups will directly contribute to the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI), a nationwide effort to monitor and reduce marine debris.
Pierre-Camille Hamana, CEO and Founder of Hospitable, said: “Traditional conferences are expensive and often cater to large property management companies, leaving self-managers out of the loop. With ‘Host and Toast,’ we’re flipping the script by going directly to the hosts, bringing knowledge and community right to their doorstep. In Australia, we’re adding an extra layer by partnering with Tangaroa Blue to help hosts give back to the local environments that are so vital to their success.”
