OYSTER BAY, NY – As part of its strong commitment to advisor education and training, American Marketing Group has expanded its professional development team to deliver the benefits of its exclusive programs to a wider audience. Diana Hnatov and Clare Burke will bring their broad industry backgrounds and training expertise to advance the skills and success of advisors affiliated with AMG’s travel agency networks, TRAVELSAVERS, NEST and The Affluent Traveler Collection.
Diana Hnatov has joined AMG as Director, Sales and Services, KORE. Hnatov’s 35 years of experience in project management, strategic development and business enhancement will be invaluable as she oversees KORE’s continued evolution, sales and marketing. The KORE program empowers new advisors with the skills they need to thrive in an ever-shifting industry. The program’s self-paced, all-digital curriculum provides learners with real-world insights from industry experts. As a unique benefit, KORE also offers a mentor and job placement for unaffiliated participants.
Hnatov began her hospitality career in culinary arts and restaurant management, then shifted into the hotel industry as a sales manager with Hilton. She later transitioned into the learning and development sector, where she created and implemented comprehensive training programs, managed initiatives and developed new products and programs for Learning Tree International.
Clare Burke takes on the role of Director, Education and Training after a year as Manager of Marketing for TRAVELSAVERS Canada. She will develop programs that build knowledge and abilities, giving advisors affiliated with AMG networks a competitive advantage. Burke will shape and manage all educational opportunities for TRAVELSAVERS and NEST advisors, including the new TRAVELSAVERS Dine & Discover local events and the Travel Market conference, being held Sept. 26-29 at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort in Florida.
With a travel industry background spanning over 20 years, Burke brings deep insights into the needs of advisors and partners to her new position. Before joining TRAVELSAVERS, she worked at Ensemble Travel Group for 13 years, handling roles including Executive Assistant to Network Care and Manager of Events.
“Diana and Clare are the perfect dynamic duo to build on our existing strength in professional development,” said Kathryn Mazza-Burney, AMG Chief Sales Officer. “They share a passion for training and development that will inspire and empower learners. They also share a dedication to equipping agencies and suppliers with the tools they need to accelerate sales in a constantly evolving industry.”
