DALLAS – Fairmont Dallas welcomes four staff members to new positions including Courtney Fairbanks named Catering Sales Manager, Kenedra Combs as Director of Front Office, Marisol Morales-Cabrera as Banquet Manager, and Dayana Davila as Banquet Captain.
In her new role as Catering Sales Manager, Courtney Fairbanks will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating catering sales, while also building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers. She brings over a decade of experience to the role having worked at properties including The Joule Hotel, the former Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, and Marriott Dallas Las Colinas.
Fairbanks brings a history of implementing client retention strategies and securing high-volume deals with Fortune 500 companies, resulting in impressive revenue growth. Her commitment to fostering a growth-oriented team environment through collaboration, communication, and process improvements will create instrumental value to the role.

Fairmont Dallas was eager to promote Kenedra Combs to Director of Front Office. Reporting to the Director of Operations, Combs will oversee all front office operations, including the Fairmont Gold lounge for the 545-room hotel, which is home to several major annual conferences in Dallas.
Combs brings several years of experience to the position including her most recent roles at Fairmont Dallas. She previously served as Fairmont Gold Manager and Front Office Manager where she expertly led the front office team and was recognized with a HOSPY Front of the House Leader of the Year award nomination.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, Marisol Morales-Cabrera will be responsible for planning and executing events in the hotel’s 70,000 sq ft of meeting and event space in her new role as Banquet Manager.
Morales-Cabrera began her career at Fairmont Dallas as a bartender at Pyramid Lobby Bar and has quickly been promoted within the food & beverage department as a testament to her exceptional support and dedication to the team. She previously held the position of banquet captain at Fairmont Dallas.
“I am incredibly honored to take on the role of Banquet Manager at Fairmont Dallas,” Morales-Cabrera said. “Having started my journey here as a bartender, I have seen firsthand the dedication and passion that our team brings to every event. Dayana Davila has been promoted to the role of Banquet Captain. Davila brings over 10 years of customer service experience to the role where she has consistently demonstrated dedication to the Fairmont Dallas team, serving as an on-call banquet server.
