DENVER – Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, welcomes two talented hospitality professionals to its leadership team; Kathryn Guzinski as director of sales and marketing and Todd Oyadomari as director of food and beverage.

Guzinski joins the Halcyon team with more than 20 years of experience managing sales teams, revenueand budget, developing new business strategies, marketing strategies and more in the hospitality field. With an esteemed career in sales, marketing and catering, Guzinski’s background includes previous roles such as the regional director of sales at Magnolia Hotel Denver, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; director of sales at Wildernest Vacation Rentals in Silverthorne, Colorado; director of sales and catering at Inn at Cherry Creek; and cluster sales and catering manager at Marriott/White Lodging Services Corporation inLouisville, Colorado.
Guzinski earned a bachelor of arts in hospitality business from Michigan State University and volunteers throughout the year with Volunteers of America, Volunteers of Outdoor Colorado, Food for Thought and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
In her new role, Guzinski will lead all strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including oversight of the sales at the Halcyon.
With nearly two decades in hospitality management, Oyadomari is an accomplished and results-focused executive with extensive experience in revenue growth and optimization, and devising team building, training and development strategies that drive success across business lines. Oyadomari’s career is highlighted by several roles including general manager at Morimoto Waikiki in Honolulu; regional general manager and beverage director at Black House Hospitality in Los Angeles; and general manager of The Bungalow at The Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica, California. Beyond his professional journey, Oyadomari underscores his passion for culinary excellence with certifications in the Cicerone Program and the WSET 2 certification.
At Halcyon, Oyadomari will oversee multiple dining concepts, including B&GC, an underground cocktail club, Local Jones, a neighborhood American eatery and the brand-new Rare Bird, a lively rooftop bar.
